Biobased PLA non-woven natural ground cloth
Biobased non-woven geotextiles are (biodegradable) geotextiles. This involves the use of organic, natural and renewable raw materials, such as PLA, among others, which are soil degradable or (industrially) compostable.
The lightweight non-woven (Non Woven) geotextiles are used for temporary separation, filter, and protection applications for foils and pipes, roads, bicycle and walking paths, and parking lots, among others.
The heavier non-woven (Non Woven) geotextiles can be used in critical protection conditions such as during the application of landforms in banks and levees, where the material has a protective function only during application and may break down afterwards.
